Returns & Exchanges Policy


Returns

Orders returned to us in full and in resalable condition within 14-days of purchase will be refunded in full including your original postage cost however, this will exclude your return postage. Please note, if your goods are returned after 14-days of purchase you will not be subject to your original carriage refund.

Please note, we cannot take responsibility for any damages or losses to products being returned to us, we urge customers to seek the correct insurance from their chosen courier before dispatching any parcels. All returns must include our returns form in order to action the return.

Exchanges

Our exchange policy is 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you have received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exchange (if applicable)  - Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your exchange is approved, then your exchange will be processed, and the item’s value will be refunded to you via online gift/coupon to spend on our store.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged in Transit / Missing Items

Any deliveries that arrive damaged are FULLY covered however, you will need to report the damage to us either via email or telephone within 24 hours of receiving your order.  If the packaging is damaged & you suspect the goods are likely to be damaged/missing, please sign for the delivery as damaged & report the damage to us immediately.  Any damages or missing items not reported within 24 hours will not be covered - this does not affect your statutory rights & any product that develops a manufacturing fault will be covered.
